Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

Qualfon is looking for a Senior Fulfillment lead to support the Assembly Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient workflow of the Assembly department. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and assigning tasks, monitoring attendance, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and providing daily oversight of the assigned team. The Department Lead will also assist with project start-ups, changeovers, clean-up activities, project coordination, and reconciliation tasks as needed.

 

  • Coordinate daily workflow and task execution for assigned projects, ongoing departmental operations, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Review and manage team timecards and collaborate with the Assembly Supervisor to monitor attendance and address attendance-related concerns.

  • Perform daily project setup, product assembly, quality inspections, and inventory or production reconciliations.

  • Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.

  • Monitor team performance against established Job Standards and ensure accountability for quality, productivity, and on-time completion of assigned work.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to Lean principles.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook, badge usage, attendance requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), HIPAA requirements, and all applicable safety and security guidelines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, or production environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of assembly processes, kitting, quality control, GMP requirements, and workplace safety procedures.

  • Strong reading comprehension and basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and balance reconciliation.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established procedures, and meet production deadlines.

Pay Range

USD $21.00 - USD $22.50 /Hr.
