We are looking for Call CenterProfessionals to field Inbound Calls with customers regarding mobile devices and plans. Professionals with the ability to deliver exceptional service by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and solutions to meet customer needs.

 

Experienced phone agent who is adept in both customer service and sales skills.

What you will be doing:

Meet and exceed expectations

Assist customers with issues related to their employee discounts

Verify eligibility and apply discounts to existing accounts

Communicate clearly and professionally with a customer-first mindset

Care for your customers by finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products

Maintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution

Qualifications

What skills you will need

· GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred

· Customer Service and Sales skills

· Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required

· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
