Benefits & Time Off: As a full-time position, Company benefits are offered in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), state and federal law, and Company policies. Full-time employees are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) benefits based on the Company’s current paid time off policies and in accordance with applicable state law. Further, Colorado residents are eligible for Paid Sick and Safety Leave, per applicable state law provisions and Company policy. All benefits are subject to any plan changes at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners across multiple industries using outreach channels such as email, phone, social media, industry events, and direct networking
  • Launch and manage client campaigns from contract negotiation through reporting, ensuring seamless team handoff and consistent communication
  • Apply business intelligence and market insights to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive measurable results
  • Collaborate across teams during weekly strategy sessions to align efforts with company priorities and evolving industry trends

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in performance marketing with familiarity in for-profit education, insurance, or digital lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with demonstrated success in new client acquisition
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years of new client acquisition experience preferred
