We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers of our internet and telecommucications client, and assist with increasing the completion rate of issued orders. Keeping customers fully informed so we can retain sales! This role supports users across voice delivering a consistent experience across all channels.
This role is remote - You must live in the State of Tennessee
Provide timely responses via phone.
Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication.
Drive continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Keep client cases accurate, current, and organized.
Must be tech savy and a self starter
Complete all required training and apply knowledge to support clients effectively.
Work at Home Requirement - We will provide the Computer and Equipment for this position.
